Cooking our own food is one way to get and stay healthy. Completing a level will get you experience points, completing a level 10 times will award you a special prize.
Level 1: Make meal at home - 5 xp
Level 2: Make healthy meal (includes veggies or fruit, lean meats) - 10 xp
Level 3: Make meal without the use of salt (salt cannot be used to flavor during cooking nor to season food during consumption - helps you find healthier seasonings) - 15 xp
Level 4: Make a vegetarian meal - 20 xp
